According to a survey, around 70% of the new year resolutions revolve around weight lose and dieting. And almost 90% of this category breaks the commitment. Why does this happen? In our everyday life we tend to make so many commitments, but how many of them do we actually stick to? For e.g., I made a few commitments to myself like I will learn new song every week, go back to learning Sanskrit, write blogs regularly, go for walk and a few more. Writing blog and going on evening walk are the two things which I'm still doing(although with some breaks). I took myself as my case study and found that it takes effort to get something into habit. You need to do that one thing regularly, till it becomes a part of the everyday schedule. Even interest or craze for something doesn't help. You need to take out time for that one activity.
